Storm hawk process
1. consultation
You've come into contact with one of our project managers. A physical roof & ground level inspection is preformed, appropriate measurements are taken. Property is observed for storm damage, gutters and existing water management system is inspected for functionality.
2. estimate
If a claim is warranted, an adjuster will send a physical representative to your property to inspect the dwelling for storm related damages. If approved, an estimate is provided to you the insured, based on physical findings. Storm Hawk will review this estimate and make certain that it adheres to the likeness, kind and quality for the components on the roof located at your property address. If your project does not consist of insurance involvement, we will provide a fair market value estimate to accommodate all of your restoration needs.
3. Installation
You've been contracted! Our team will work closely with your project manager to ensure a near flawless installation will take place.
4. final inspection
Your Storm Hawk project manager will see to it that once the job has been completed, your needs have been met, and the property is left better than we found it.
5. guarantee
Once invoices have been submitted, the associated warranty will be applied for, issued by the shingle manufacturer and emailed directly to you, our homeowner.
